The Sheriff also says there was a five-year-old in the residence.

Deputies arrested and charged Dennis Carby, 45, of South Shore, with manufacturing meth, wanton endangerment and possession of heroin.

Also arrested was Tasmine Hammon, 25, of Sciotoville, Ohio, and Alvin Branham, 42, of Portsmouth, Ohio. Both were charged with trafficking in meth.

All three people were taken to the Greenup County Detention Center.
