A Southeastern Kentucky judge has set a trial date for a daycare owner facing charges

Wymt is reporting that a case has been continued against a Knox County daycare owner who is accused of leaving children in a hot attic. Larinda Tuttle was charged with criminal abuse after police say they found five children in a hot attic containing loose wiring, broken glass and even dead animals. Tuttle has said she did nothing wrong and has pleaded not guilty to the charges. A trial date has been set for January 15th 2014.
