Eastern Kentucky could see a white Thanksgiving

Eastern Kentucky residents could be dealing with Thanksgiving holiday travel issues as a winter storm could bring snow and a wintry mix to Eastern Kentucky. Only eight days in the past two winters had colder high temperatures than what portions of the state had on Sunday.
