Police have arrested a man in connection with a fatal hit and run in Eastern Kentucky
Police have arrested a man that they say was behind the wheel in a fatal hit and run in Morgan County this past weekend. Tony Kegley Jr. was taken into custody Tuesday after a search warrant was executed at his home, at which time a vehicle matching the description of the one involved in the crash was found. Kegley Jr. is accused in a hit and run accident that claimed the life of 48 year old Tony Ross and his girlfriend 41 year old Liz Thornsberry. Lex18 is reporting Kegley Jr. is charged with two counts of 2nd degree manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident and tampering with physical evidence. He was lodged in the Big Sandy Regional jail.
