An Eastern Kentucky man has pleaded guilty in the death of his wife

A Pike County man could be headed to prison for close to 20 years after pleading guilty to 1st degree manslaughter charges in the death of his wife. Fifty-Two year old Bruce Dillon of Aflex pleaded guilty to manslaughter charges after originally being charged with murder. Sherry Dillons body was found buried on the couples property in August of 2012. Sherry Dillon had been missing for a month before her body was discovered. A cause of death was not determined in the case. The Commonwealth Attorney's office suggested a 19 year prison sentence in the case.
