A Johnson County woman charged with manslaughter is expected to be back in court today

A motion has been filed by an attorney to dismiss a grand jury indictment against a Johnson County woman who is charged with manslaughter in the death of 18 year old CJ Mollett in August. Myra Castle is charged with DUI and Second degree manslaughter. Officials say Castle was driving a vehicle that collided with Mollett's motorcycle on Route 201 in Johnson County. Castle is due in court today, during which time the motion to dismiss the indictment is expected to be discussed.
