An eastern Kentucky man pleads guilty to bank robbery charges
An eastern Kentucky man is facing an extended period behind bars after pleading guilty in Lawrence Circuit Court to several charges, including the robbery of the Inez Deposit Bank.
James G. Stepp, 34, pled guilty to charges that included: third degree burglary, second degree criminal mischief, and second degree robbery. Stepp was recommended to serve three years on the burglary charge, 90 days on the criminal mischief charge and 10 years on the robbery charges--all running concurrently.
The Levisa Lazer reports that final sentencing is scheduled for October 4th.
