Police discover 85 marijuana plants in eastern Kentucky
Officials in Rowan County discovered 85 marijuana plants on Tuesday after being given a an anonymous tip.
Upon investigating the tip, police were led to Pond Lick Road, located near the Daniel Boone National Forest. The reported value of the plants is near $170,000. The plants were growing on government property.
No arrests have been made in connection with the plants, but police are asking anyone with any information about the case to contact the Rowan County Sheriffs office.
