A Johnson County woman has been indicted in connection with a fatal crash

Fifty-three year old Myra Castle of Wittensville, has been indicted for second degree manslaughter in connection with the death of eighteen year old CJ Mollett of Flat Gap. Investigators say castle was driving on Route 201 last month, when she crossed the center line striking a motorcycle being operated by Mollett. Castle was originally charged with DUI. The Kentucky State Police incident report stated that Castle told police after the crash that she had been drinking vodka earlier in the day.
