A former Pike County pharmacy manager is facing up to 10 years in prison

A former manager of the Marrowbone Hometown Pharmacy, is facing up to 10 years in prison. Wymt is reporting that Beverly Lockhart has accepted a plea offer in Pike County Court. Lockhart agreed to plead guilty to a charge of conspiracy to sell, purchase or trade prescription drug samples. Lockhart and Thad Manning were indicted in 2012 on federal drug charges. Manning is set for trial while sentencing for Lockhart is now set for February 11th.
