Magoffin County Judge Executive has filed a complaint with the Public Service Commission

Wymt is reporting that due to issues with Frontier Gas, Magoffin County Judge Executive Charles "Doc" Hardin has filed a formal complaint with the Public Service Commission. Some residents of the county say a second round of bitterly cold weather has brought another round of heating issues. Officials are reporting the outage has affected business as well as residential customers. Hardin and Emergency Management director Mike Wilson say they understand the harsh situation but feel Frontier Gas hasn't held up it's end of the bargain to the public. Gas officials report they are working to correct the problem, but the harsh temperatures have slowed down the process. Public Service Commission officials say they are aware and are monitoring the situation.
