The Better Business Bureau is warning of a phone scam

The Better Business Bureau is warning people of a new phone scam that is targeting the country, including Kentucky. The scam involves a call to cell phones, then a quick hang up. When the user calls the number back, they are connected to a paid international adult chat line. Charges then appear on the user's cell phone bill. The BBB suggests not answering calls from unknown area codes and not calling them back.
