Officials have identified a body found in a Southeastern Kentucky lake

The Pulaski County Coroner has identified a body found floating in Cumberland Lake on Sunday. The victim has been identified as 32 year old Justin Shelton. Officials say Shelton lived in the area. A boater found Shelton's body floating in the Lake at the base of a cliff on Sunday. The coroner said early signs point to the death being accidental. The state medical examiners office has not yet released a cause of death.
