Password reset
NOTE: Accounts made on the old site (prior to Sept. 5) have been deactivated.
If you signed up for the listener club before, you'll need to sign up again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
If you've forgotten your password or found your account locked, no sweat. Just provide your username or the e-mail address you used when signing up, and we'll send you an e-mail with instructions on how to reset it.
This password recovery can only be utilized once every 24 hours, and recovery passwords are only valid for 24 hours.
If you don't get an e-mail within a couple minutes, consider taking the following steps:
- Wait a bit longer. Especially during high-traffic times of day, it's possible it could take longer--periods over 15 minutes probably indicate another problem, though.
- Have you checked your spam or junk folder? It's possible that it got sent there. If that's the case, please take the time to label it as "not spam" if possible or to add the sending address to your address book.
- Are you sure you used the right e-mail address or username? If using "username" to recover your password, are you sure you're checking the e-mail address you associated with that username?
