On Saturday, April 29, downtown Prestonsburg will be hosting the first ever “Star City Day” Festival in the municipal parking lot. Free concerts will be performed, with musical guests Sundy Best, Brother Smith, and Sean Whiting. Local craft artisans will be set up as well. The festival will be from 1pm until 7pm, with a drum circle beginning at 3pm.
