Governor Matt Bevin has made a new appointment to the Big Sandy Community and Technical College Nominating Commission. Governor Bevin has appointed attorney Larry Brown, of Prestonsburg to the BSCTC Nominating Commission, which is responsible for submitting a list of qualified applicants to the Governor when a vacancy occurs on the college’s Board of Directors. Brown will serve for a term expiring on April 15, 2022.
